Yes, in two ways. For your whole caseload at once, drop an export from your previous software or a spreadsheet (Excel, CSV, Word table, JSON): Theramate prepares the records, and you check them before they are created. For a patient's history, drop their old documents (PDF, Word, images or scanned notes) into their record. Your calendar can be brought over too, from an .ics file.

The interface is simple and uncluttered, with a guided walkthrough and detailed help.

The session is captured the way you work; when you close it, everything joins the record: summary, updated clinical sheet, analyses.

Four combinable modes: keyboard, transcribed audio, Apple Pencil (iPad) and teletherapy. The transcription tells the speakers apart.

Video calls run through European servers; the video is never stored. Audio files sent for transcription are encrypted during processing, then deleted once integrated into the record. Consent to audio transcription is collected through the patient form.

It is generated when you close the session and joins the record. The assistant's suggestions remain leads: you validate, edit or ignore them, you stay in control.

Yes, a microphone is available in the editors and in the assistants.

A living clinical sheet, updated after every session, plus the documents, questionnaires and history, all encrypted and organised.

A library of specialised clinical reports (synthesis, CBT, case history, risk assessment, etc.), on demand. Custom tools can also be created in the application and added to your patients' records.

Yes. Patient export (PDF/Word), and encrypted therapist-to-therapist sharing with granular permissions: co-therapy (read/write, signed notes), read-only referral (temporary access, date filtering, expiry), or permanent transfer (record re-encrypted for the recipient, your copy becomes read-only). The patient's explicit consent is mandatory and traced; access can be revoked instantly.

Session syntheses, reports and letters written in your tone, document analysis, intervision (a second look at the record), briefings, follow-up trends.

Never. It is an assistant, not a decision-maker. The AI has no access to the non-verbal, to intuition or to the relationship: every suggestion is a lead you validate or ignore.

The assistants answer in the language of the interface. You can change language in the settings at any time and the application follows.

In the European Union, on HDS-certified infrastructure (the French certification for health-data hosting), with contractually governed subprocessors. Application data stays on European soil.

Yes. Data is hosted in the European Union and subprocessors are contractually governed, hosting and processing stay in Europe. Your patients have their GDPR rights: access, rectification, portability and deletion of their data. No content is used to train AI models. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Clinical data and personal data are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, in transit and at rest. Technical access to the systems is restricted, governed and logged.

No. No AI training on your records; your patients do not serve to improve the models.

The Theramate team does not view your clinical content, and that commitment rests on technical guarantees: access to the systems is restricted, governed and logged, and no encryption key is ever shared between therapists. What is said in session stays between you and your patient.

For audio transcription, consent is collected through the patient form. For any record sharing, the patient's explicit consent is mandatory and traced in an audit log.

Nothing is held back: everything exports to PDF or Word, patient by patient or as a complete archive, both before and after cancellation, at no cost. After cancellation you have one year to export your data; it is then permanently deleted from our infrastructure.

Five tiers, VAT included: Discover €30 · Essential €40 · Standard €60 (recommended) · Office €70 · Pro €90 per month. Every feature is included from the first tier; only the monthly consultation volume (from 40 to 180) and the included transcription hours (from 8 to 36 h) vary. Patients are never capped. Optional Audio+ module (+€10 to +€35/month depending on the tier) to transcribe all your sessions.

Two options: move up a tier (you only pay the prorated difference) if the overflow is going to last, or buy extra-consultation packs by the unit if it is a one-off.

No counter to watch. A reasonable limit, sized generously for a normal practice, only prevents clearly abnormal usage. In clinical work you will not run into it.

Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately, prorated. A downgrade is scheduled for the next billing cycle.

The quota resets each cycle and does not roll over : the philosophy is that of a subscription, not a meter. A regular surplus is a sign that a lighter tier would suit you better.

Prorated for the remaining days. Activated on the 15th, you only pay half, and your audio base is increased immediately. Deactivatable at any time.

Yes. After the demo call with someone from the team, we offer you a free 15-day trial to explore Theramate at your own pace. After that, the Discover tier at €30/month has no commitment, and your data stays exportable at any time.

Each practitioner has their own subscription and their own isolated silo (a deontological requirement). Consolidated billing and dedicated onboarding from 3 practitioners, on request.

In French, Dutch, German and English. You can change language at any time in the settings: the interface and the assistants follow.

You can record your sessions in around sixty languages. The spoken language is detected automatically and the transcript comes back in that language: you get what was actually said, with no translation. The application interface stays in the language you chose.

Everything goes through Mate, the help built into the application, which brings together three spaces:

• Assistant, an AI assistant that answers all your questions about how Theramate works.
• Team : you write directly to the Theramate team, with real human answers: ask a question, report a bug or request a short onboarding video call. (Please do not share information identifying a patient there.)
• Guides : a library of short, step-by-step practical guides, sorted by work area to help you find your way around the app.
