Encrypted, with your own key
AES-256-GCM at rest, TLS in transit, with an encryption key of your own, on top of the platform's encryption. In the event of a breach, the data stays encrypted and unusable.
European hosting HDS-certified
Data stored in the European Union, on HDS-certified infrastructure (the French certification for health-data hosting). Subprocessors contractually governed, no transfer outside Europe.
Professional confidentiality
Strict partitioning per therapist : no encryption key shared. The Theramate team does not view your clinical content; technical access is restricted, governed and logged.
Patient consent
Audio transcription: consent collected through the patient form. Record sharing: explicit consent, mandatory and traced in an audit log. Revocable instantly.
Your data, your control
Full export to PDF or Word at any time, before and after cancellation, at no cost. After cancellation: one year to export, then permanent deletion. Never sold on, never AI training on your records.
