Keyboard, audio, Apple Pencil or video call: Theramate adapts to the way you run a consultation. When you close it, the session joins the record on its own.
Bring your whole caseload.
Export your patient list from your current software or spreadsheet, then drop the file into Theramate. The records are prepared for you: identity, contact details, GP, and your case history notes if they are in the file. Nothing is created until you have checked it all.
- A workbook with several tabs is read in full, and archived patients stay archived.
- If a patient is already in Theramate, you are told, and offered to complete their record rather than create a second one.
- The import runs in the background: you keep working, and a notification tells you when everything is ready.

Old notes, assessments, reports: drop them into the patient's record. Theramate reads them and draws up a clear history, which the clinical sheet and your assistants use from the very first session.
