Theramate is a professional assistance tool designed to facilitate practice management, clinical note-taking, and therapeutic analysis.
It is not a medical device and in no way substitutes for the clinical judgment of the professional.
Encryption: All clinical data is encrypted (AES-256) before storage.
Hosting: Data is hosted exclusively on Google Cloud infrastructure in the European Union, which is HDS certified (Health Data Host).
Your rights: In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data.
Retention: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, you can export your data within 1 year before permanent deletion.
Transparency: Theramate uses AI models for writing assistance, analysis, and clinical suggestions.
No training on your data: Your clinical data is never used to train or improve AI models.
Secure APIs: AI processing goes through GDPR/HDS certified APIs. No data is stored or logged.all processing is performed in volatile memory.
Assistance tool only: AI-generated suggestions are proposals that you are free to accept, modify, or reject. They do not replace your professional expertise.

Theramate cannot be held responsible for clinical decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
Your content: Notes, reports, and documents you create remain your exclusive property. You retain all rights to your work.
Our platform: Theramate, its interface, features, and source code are the property of Playfields SPRL.
We strive to ensure optimal platform availability. However, interruptions for maintenance or updates may occur.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Any substantial modification will be notified to you by email at least 30 days before it takes effect.
Continued use of Theramate after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the courts of Brussels.
